Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Standard Appointments

  • Cancellations or reschedules made at least 24 hours in advance are welcome and free of charge.

Group Bookings

  • For bookings of 2 or more guests, we require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or changes.

Late Arrivals

  • A 30-minute grace period is allowed.
  • Arrivals beyond this may result in a shortened service or rescheduling, depending on availability.

Weather & Emergencies

  • In cases of severe weather or emergencies, cancellations will be handled with understanding and discretion.

Advance Deposits

  • We understand that schedules can shift unexpectedly, so we do not currently require advance deposits to confirm bookings.

This allows our guests greater flexibility and ease in managing their wellness appointments.

Should deposit requirements be introduced for premium services or peak hours in the future, clients will be notified in advance with full transparency.
